1)Website statistics
AGR™ Technology only stores and collects statistical information about you. We do not obtain any personal information unless you choose to give it to us. The types of information we collect include referring sites, browser used, pages visited and other generic measures of user activity. This information is then used to measure the number of visitors to different sections of our site and assist in making our site more useful to visitors.We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it such as your email address if you wish to use the contact page or receive a reply from a comment and or post a comment.
2) Gathering of other information
When you choose to download our software your IP (Internet Protocol) address will be stored in our server logs, this does not identify you personally, however, it contains your country as well as internet provider.
3) Cookies
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. AGR™ Technology uses cookies to help AGR™ Technology identify and track visitors, their usage of the AGR™ Technology website, and their website access preferences. 4) Advertising

5) Unwanted emails or spam
We will never send unsolicited email to you unless you are asked if you would like this information to be sent to you, should you wish to stop receiving further emails from this website you may use the “unsubscribe” option within the email to prevent further emails from being sent to you. Furthermore, your email address will not be sold or rented outside of this website.
6) Third party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise, transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
7) Third-party links
Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.
10) COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

12) reCAPTCHA
We use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. (Google) to protect your submissions via internet submission forms on this site. This plugin checks if you are a person in order to prevent certain website functions from being (ab)used by spam bots (particularly comments). This plugin query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the Google reCAPTCHA service.
This data collection is subject to the data protection regulations of Google (Google Inc.).
By using the reCAPTCHA service, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
We aim to process all GDPR requests within 30 days.
15) Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia in the state of Victoria and as such agree to the jurisdiction of the Victorian courts. These terms of service do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
