Our team

Founder – Alessio Rigoli

Alessio Rigoli grew up in the Shepparton Goulburn Valley area and created AGR Technology after discovering his passion for technology in high school. He experimented with overclocking his first smartphone and eventually installed custom ROMs, including the latest Android 4.0 update. As his skills improved, he launched a YouTube channel and blog to provide knowledge and free software applications. His IT career progressed to encompass positions as a help desk technician, system administrator, and end-user support specialist. In 2019, Alessio joined the family firm and continued to conduct IT-related duties. The following year, he started his own services business expanding service offerings and dealing with a variety of clients across different sectors.

Joseph Rigoli – Sourcing & Imports Manager

Joseph Rigoli is the principal of the Rigoli Group and leads sourcing and importing services at AGR Technology. With over 30 years of experience in the industrial sector he has immense experience working with international markets, shipping, logistics and setup of plant and equipment.

Faisal Hatila – Frontend developer

As a dedicated member of the AGR Technology team, Faisal is a passionate JavaScript developer with a strong love for solving algorithmic challenges. He brings extensive expertise in a wide range of technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6/ES7), jQuery, Bootstrap, and ReactJS. His deep knowledge and versatile experience makes him a valuable contributor to our team.
